In the past we've had chances to cover the trials of those affected by HIV/AIDS. And while we talk to Brian Finch about a number of topics; his time as a fluffer and travelling abroad we also get to hear his first hand account of how dealing with the issue has changed for the better over time.

This episode, Eli and Joseph take a break from talking to guests to instead talk to eachother about the show. It's an opportunity to gain a little insight in to why we do this, what we love about it and where we want to go in the future.

Cuddling is just one of the many things we forget about over time, and for no good reason. Luckily, the art of closeness and affection (IN A STRICTLY NON-SEXUAL ENVIRONMENT, HANDS OUT OF PANTS EVERYONE) can not only be accessible by all, but with a professional who does this job very, very well.

We hope you enjoy the episode, and consider the benefits of cuddling for yourself.

From Joseph: Normally, when I'm working I'm only half listening to what's being said, I'm also monitering the devices, trying to think of questions to ask etc. Luckily I get to listen to the episodes as I edit them, and this one stands out to me as a deeply emotional and personal account of the impact HIV and AIDS has on a person.

Jennifer Bergie and her family we're among the hundreds of thousands to face this disease and her life's work has been shaped by it ever since. We hope you learn something from this, especially if your own life has been affected by it.

I don't normally pull text from other sites but Andrew Morrison-Gurza's description sums him up nicely. We head out to his apartment to talk to him about life with Cerebral Palsy and how he navigates the world and sexuality.

Andrew Morrison-Gurza is a Disability Awareness Consultant with an MA of Legal Studies specializing in Persons with Disabilities. Andrew also has the experience of living as a Person with a Disability.  He understands that the concept of disability is one that many individuals are very new to, and they may not feel comfortable to discuss it. Through his work, Andrew aims to give everyone the opportunity and most importantly, the permission to start the conversation by discussing his day to day lived experience and making disability accessible to everyone.

In addition to being a smart, funny, kind, 4 coffee a day web expert, polyamorous and a practicing little, Tabatha also holds the record for the most times I had to double check her name to make sure I spelled it right. I'm still not 100% to be honest.

Did you enjoy the episode? You can talk to her on the Tweet Scape @Tab_B
